Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular mating of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
19th day of July. The following msmbera vers present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilman Johnson, Hints. Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-280
VUREAS. in accordance with a request from Be1Mar Builders, Inc.
approval was requested to approve Change Order /2 to the C. S. MCCzossaL,
Inc. contract to provide water across Fernbrook Lane at 33rd Ave. N.
prior to the surfacing on Ferabrook Lane and to place water main on 33rd
Ave. H. to Harbor Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTH:
Change Order I2 for Project 170-2,A Fernbrook Lane :Teter
Improvement Project is hereby approved is the amount of
$7,326.50 on the contract with C. S. McCsoeeea, Inc. of
Osseo, Minn. Further, the costs for extending the water
main is to be included with *reject i71-B.A for mamas-
sent and assessed to Ba]Mar Builders, Inc.. 3131 Fernbrook
!sae Worth, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thareon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Elide. Councilman Johnson, Hints, Spaeth,
and Hunt. :Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
