HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-279_ YIt i.110E NEW - OF PLYNDUTH Pursuant to due call smd notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of July. 1971. The following members were present, Mayor Hilda, Councilman Job"em, Hints. Spaeth and Bust. No one was absent. i" Councilmen Hints introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION MO. 71-279 WHEREAS, Belmar Builders has requested the Village of Plymouth to extend the water main on Fernbrook Lane. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given to extend the water mein North approximately 300 feet on Forabrook Lan which will be a Change Order on Project i70 -2,A. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman, Johnson, Hints. Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or kbstaimed. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
