Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular seating of the

j Village Counail of the VI1laga of Plymouth, Minaasota was held on the
14th day of July. 1971. The following members were present. Mayor Hilda,

Councilman Johnson, Hints. Spaeth and hunt. No one was absent.

which are carryint ever increasing numbers of vehicles through the
Village. and
WIHiREAS, since Jawsary 1970, moves (7) fatal, 147 personal injury
and 211 property damage accidents have occurred along the" hljisrjltyo, and
WHEREAS, the installation of effective traffic control devigas Is
considered iudispeasable to Imwre an adequate level of -safety -to ear
citiasns and the general aotoriog public at all major intersection@
along thane highways, and

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution van duly
seconded by Comasilman Hest and upon vote being eaten thereon, the
following voted is favor thereof: Mayor Rilds, Councilmen Johnson,
Ruts, Spaeth and vast. No one voted against or abstained.
Vhereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
