Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Plymouth Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 19th day of July, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent
('n —41 ,nn-Tnhns=nn introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-27 fi
WHEREAS, a request has been made to rescind Resolution No.
71-203 inasmuch as Resolution No. 71-209 replaced same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to rescind Resolution No. 71-203,
a resolution accepting plans and specifications and authorizing the
advertisement of bids on June 17, 1971 for Project #70-1,8,0-A Parkers
Lake Street Restoration Improvement inasmuch as this hearing date was
changed to June 25, 1971 and covered by Resolution No. 71-209.
Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by r+.,,nnil— Ninry and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against, whereupon the resolution wss
declared duly passed and adopted.
