HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-275VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of July, 1971. The following members were present: `?ayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was a}'senL . Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-275 WHEREAS, Ms. Jerome Begin of 12615 Rockford Road requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Sanitary Landfill Site south of County Road #9 east of Interstate #494. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted to Mr. Jerome Begin to operate a -landfill site on the Southeast corner of Inter - State Highway #494 and County Road #9 subject to the Following conditions for the period of ane year, (July 31, 1972): 1, No garbage 2. No burning. 3. Attendant during open hours. 4. Nightly covering with six inches of.appropriate soil. 5 Yearly permit. 6. No toxic wastes or solvents. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded b; Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF IIIN4ESOTA } COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on July 19, 1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
