Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of July, 1971. The following members were present:
`?ayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
a}'senL .
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-275
WHEREAS, Ms. Jerome Begin of 12615 Rockford Road requested approval
of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Sanitary Landfill Site south of
County Road #9 east of Interstate #494.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted to Mr. Jerome Begin
to operate a -landfill site on the Southeast corner of Inter -
State Highway #494 and County Road #9 subject to the Following
conditions for the period of ane year, (July 31, 1972):
1, No garbage
2. No burning.
3. Attendant during open hours.
4. Nightly covering with six inches of.appropriate soil.
5 Yearly permit.
6. No toxic wastes or solvents.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded b; Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon the
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said Village held on July 19, 1971, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
