HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-274VILLAGE OF PLY11OUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, 1tinnesota cras held on the 19th day of July, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved lits adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-274 WHEREAS, the Hampton Hills Colf Course, 5313 Juneau Lane requested I approval for a Conditional Use Permit to build an attached storage room to an existing Pro Shop. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby granted to Mr. Kenneth G. Hampton of the Hampton Hills Golf Course for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an attached 40'x20' storage room to an existing Pro Shop at 5313 Juneau Lane. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution Was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being.taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
