HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-273VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota. was held on the 19th day of July, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-273 WHEREAS, Rev. R. J. Terrey, Pastor of the Plymouth Baptist Church, 13030 47th Ave. No. requested approval to utilize 2 or 3 office trailers, 14'x60' for Christian clay School classrooms until such time as permanent classrooms can be built. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTA: A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted to the Plymouth Baptist Church, 13030 47th Ave. .1. for the use of two 14' x 60' office trailers for two temporary classrooms for the church school for the period of one year, (until July 31, 1972). The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Runt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz abstained. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
