Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
'village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th
day of July, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLITION NO. 71 -?71
WHEREAS, approval was requested concerning the plans and specifi-
cations for water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer throughout the "Chelsea
Woods" development as well as curb, gutter and paving.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Ban Con, T.nc., 905 Parkway Drive, St. Paul, Minnesota shall
order the public Improvements in the general development plan
for "Chelsea Woods" and authorize the Village Engineer to
prepare plans and specifications for water, sanitary sewer,
storm sewer throughout the development as well as curb, gutter
and paving on the streets to be dedicated to the Village of
Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,.Couneilmen Johnson, Hintz
and Spaeth. The following voted 'against: None. Councilman Hunt was
absent. Whereupon the resolution -was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being .the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, ttinnesota, hereby certify that I.1-1ve carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on July 19, 1971, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 29th day of July, 1971.
