auant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th
dad, of July, 1971. The following members were present: "favor H.ilde,
Councilmen John3on, Pintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-270 '
WHEREAS, a,.p- val was reque!=ted by Ban Con, Inc. for certain
variances from the Subdivi.aion Regulations for the "Chelsea 1•toods"
deveI.opmeat.
\014, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby granted.for the following variances to
the Village cf Plymouth Subdivision Regulations:
1. Section 7. Subu. 7.04, Para. 5 — required frontage on
public street. (See item 6 on Resolution #71-269)
2. Se^tion 7, Subd. 7.04, Parn. 6 - requires minimum width
of 30 feet at rear property "ine. (Applies for
townhouse area only.)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing, resolution was duly
oconded by ,,'.ouncilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follnwing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilae, Councilmen Spaeth, Johnson
and Mintz. The folloving voted against: Hone. Councilman Hunt was
absent. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth,,. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on July 19, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
