Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of July, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Hunt and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved 1
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-269
WHEREAS, approval was r equested by Ban Con, Inc. of St. Paul
to a,---ove certain variances from the Zoning Ordinance for the "Chelsea
Woods" development at Dunkirk Lane and-Countv Road 86.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The following variances from the Village of Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance is hereby'granted to Ban Con, Inc., for the "Chelsea
Woods" development.:
1. Section 10, Subd. 5, Para.' -2a - front yard setback
variance needed in some internal areas but not on
Vicksburg Lane, County Road X16.or Dunkirk Lane. (Set-
back from public minor street is met for all units
except garages in cluster 11.)
2. Section 10 Subd. 5, Para. 3a - side yard setback variance.
needed for internal areas.
3. Section 10, Subd, S,,Para. 4a - rear yard setback Variance
,needed for townhouses.
4. Section 10. Subd. 5, Para. 6 - lot width and depth
variance for all lots except lot depth in detached
single family areas.
5. Section 10, Subd. 5, Para. 7 - lot coverage variance
needed in townhouse areas for individual "lots" but
not total "plat".
6. Section '0, Subd. 8, Para. 2d - private roadways not
construe a to Village specification but to Engineer's
requirements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ?Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Spaeth and, Hintz. No, one voted, against. Councilman Runt was absent.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of 'he minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on July 19, 1971,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
