HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-268VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuart to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Pillage Council of the Village of Plymouth, PIinnesota was held on the 3901 day of July, 1.071. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen JoIntsnr., Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilmen Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI.L 100 Nn. 71-2.68 []IEREAS, Ban Con, Inc, reque:-red approval for a Conditional Use Permit for a Community Unit Project development ("Chelsea Woods") to be located on the Northeast corner of Dunkirk Lane and County Road #6. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF T11F. VILLAGE OF PLYP1Ol7TH: A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted to Ban Con, Inc. for the "Chelsea Woods" Community Unit Project at :County Road 96 and Dunkirk Lane. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, Cite following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Rintz, and Spaeth. No one voted against. Councilman Hunt was absent. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
