Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of July, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-267
WHEREAS, Hirsch Brothers, Inc., 3954 Wooddale Avenue, Minneapolis,
Minnesota presented a final site plan for an apartment complex to be
developed on County Road 116 east of Highway 11101 in the Northeast Quadrant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby granted for: the final site plan to develop ,
an apartment complex north of;County Road 1169 one block east
of Highway #101 by Hirsch Brothers, Inc. subject to the
following conditions:;
1. All structures presently located on the property shall be
removed prior to issuance of a Building Permit.
2. Easements as may be required for public utilities and
vehicular access to the property from County Road 116.
3. Bonding for landscaping with materials and plans spec-
ified subect to the approval of the Planner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz and
Spaeth, Councilmen Hunt and Johnson voted naye. Whereupon the
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on July 19, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, t'y hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 29th day of July, 1971.
