HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-260T VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 8th Jay of July, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Johnson, Hunt, .Spaeth and Hintz. No one was absent. Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-260 WHEREAS, Walter W. Dolan, 18100 County Road 047, Hamel, Minn., requested approval for a subdivision waiver of Parcel 750, Section 6. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE vwLAGE or., PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth Passed on January, 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966.in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land lees than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Tract A: The Northwest Ix of the NEh of Section 6,Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, lying South- westerly of the centerline of County Road #47, and of the location of all buildings, if any, thereon. It does not purport to show other improvements or encroachments. Tract B: - The North 3� of the NE's of Section 6 Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th ,Principal Meridian, except that part thereof lying Southwesterly of the centerline of County Road #47. Also except 1.25 acres heretofore conveyed to School District No. 120, Hennepin County, Minnesota, situated in the Southeast corner of the NE's of NEk of said Section 6, by deed recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, in Book 115 of Deeds, an page 217, and by deed from William Dolan and Lydia,Dolan, his wife, to School District No. 120 dated November 15, 1933. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Hilde, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz and Hunt. Council- man Spaeth voted'naye. Councilman Johnson had not yet arrived at the meeting. M Whereas the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. E STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouthk Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held July 8, 1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution waiving subdivision requirements for Parcel 750, Section 6.
