RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEME}Z
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the tI
E
8th day of July, 1971.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution snd waved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-257
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Sagamore Lane to Zachary Lane
to serve the Zachary Lane Junior High School with sewer, water and
streets and ease@@ the abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 419.011 to 429.111
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed imptove-
mens is feasible and an to whether it should best be made
as proposed or in connection with gime other improvement
and the estimated rust of the improvement as recommended.
The :notion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth, Hintz and Hunt. No one voted against of
abstained.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held July 8, 1971, with the original
thereof on file in any office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 26th day of July, 1971.
