VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a Vogul=, (special) mating
of the Village Council of. the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 8th day of _ July ._, 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Count;ilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: none
�Lnri lnye-� Cpaoth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 71-256
WHEREAS, it was requested that completion of Cavanaugh 4th Addition
be approved and authorization be granted to release the $5,000 street
bond. Streets in said subdivision will be removed and replaced
during the 1971 construction program.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The completion of Cavanaugh Fourth Addition is hereby accepted
and authorize the release of the $5,000 street bond for
said subdivision.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution vas duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon.

Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt The following voted agetnet (abstmined).
none , Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minuts9 of a 28W, - (special)
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on Julys
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, trae and complete transcript therefrom.
