Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a7waubm% (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
Ithe _,-8th- day of July , 1971. The following members were
. present, Mawr Hide. Counciiwea Johnson, Hintz. Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth _ introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 71-254
WHERFAS, Betty J. Anderson, 2805 Ferebrook Lane, has requested
that the assessments for sever, water, storm sewer and street improvements
on Plat 43721, Parcel 1011 be reduced from a commercial rate to a
residential rate.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLACE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
It is hereby approved to defer $2,612.62 of the.totsl $5#648.04
assessment on Plat 43721, Parcel LOU, for the Central Ares
Improvement Project, for five (5) years for Betty,Andersori.at
2805 Fernbrook Lane, unless said property is sold within that
period.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duty,
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon#
the .following voted in favor thereof: Havor Hilde. gguncilmea Hintz.
