The following members; were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth & Hunt The following members were absent: none Councilman Eunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its; adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 71-253 WHEREAS, an appointment was required to fill out the body for the Human Rights Commission= which will be revitalized July 12, 1971. NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: The appointment of Mr. Ronald V. Rahy, 18525 29th Ave. No, to the Human Rights Commission is hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly i seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon:, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. . The following voted against (abstained)' none Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENdEPIN) SS.
