Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a VVt(special)'mrzcting;
of the Village Council of the Villa&^ of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 2gt_ti day of June .. 1971. The following members; were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth & Hunt
The following members were absent:
none
Councilman Eunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its; adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 71-253
WHEREAS, an appointment was required to fill out the body for
the Human Rights Commission= which will be revitalized July 12, 1971.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The appointment of Mr. Ronald V. Rahy, 18525 29th Ave. No,
to the Human Rights Commission is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon:,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. . The following voted against (abstained)'
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
