HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-247F VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH r Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the €jtl Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st { day of June, 1971, The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-247 WHEREAS, it was the Village Manager's recommendation that Mr. Martin Overhiser become Plymouth's first Director of Planning and Community Development and join the Village staff on August 1, 1971, and WHEREAS, the Village Council has indicated its' desire to employ Mr. Overhiser in such capacity. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given to hire MikY Martin Overhiser as the Director of Planning and Community Development for the Village of Plymouth effective August 1, 1972 at the monthly salary of $1,500.00. } The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon,vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof., -Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon the resolution Was declared duly passed and adopted, STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS VILLAGF. OF PLYMOUTH) 1, the undersigne)d,,being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on June 21, 1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
