June 21, 1971
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
June 21, 1971 at the Council Chambers, 14900 C 23rd Avenue
North, Minneapolis, Minnesota, commencing ,-t 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Hi.lde, Councilmen
Hintz, Johnson, Hunt and Spaeth. The felluviing members were
absent: None.

introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 71-242
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PASSAGE AND
CONTLNT OF CHAPTER 557, LAWS OF 1971
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Minnesota did
enact Chapter 557, Laws of 1971 authorizing the Village of
Plymouth to issue refunding temporary improvement bonds for the
purpose of paying and refunding at maturity the principal amount
of any of its temporary improvement bonds issued during the year
1969, and
WHERLAS, Section 2 of said chapter requires that before
such act can become effective it must be approved by the Villac3e
Council of: the Village of Plymouth.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HLRLBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGP COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Village Council does hereby approve the
enactment of Chapter 557, Laws of 1971 authorizing
the Village Council to refund temporary improvement
bonds for the purpose of paying and refunding at
maturity the principal amount of any of its temporary
improvement bonds issued during the year 1969.
2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized
and dirccted to file with the Secretary of State of
the State of Minnesota a certified copy of this
resolution togetlier with the appropriate certificaic
showing the approval. of such Chapter 557 b, the Villa7c
Council. "

1 The above motion was seconded by Council,aan Spaeth
i and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor'
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilven Hintz, Johnson, Hunt and
Spaeth. The following voted against; None.
!� Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Village Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said Village held June 21, 1971 with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to approving
the passage and content of Chapter 557, Laws of 1971.;
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Village Clerk and the
