Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLHYIou hb. 71-240
IIHERF.AS, Alan Shares", 11510 Heat Lakeview Lane, requested approval
for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a sporting goods store in a B-3
Service Business Oiatrict.
HOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF THR
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A Conditional Use Permit to operate & sporting goods store In :&
3-3 icons is hereby approved for Alan Sharman, upon publication of
Ordinance 071-12, and subject to the filing of such application
by Mr. Sherman.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Counctlwan Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, .•
the following voted in favor thereof: Magor Hilda, Councilsea Johnsons
Hints, Spaeth and Rant
duly passed and adopted.
