Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RIZOLUTION NO. 71-219
b1IMEAS, the Planning Commission adopted the Section 12 Guide
Plan but the Village Council indicated this was not adopted by 00vocil.
NOV THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
I VILLAGE OF PLYHOLMI:
The Village Council does not adopt the Section 12 Guide Plan
and this action shall be communicated to all interested persons.
Any action up to this point shall not be public information and
copies of the proposed Section 12 Guide Plan shall not be dis-
tributed to any persons.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by _ Co11RCi1l Runt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:_ Never Hilde. Councilmen Johnson.

none . Thereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
