VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTIt
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (=rc, Lw1 ) mcetilig
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held an`
the 21st day of June . 1971. The following members were
present: Ilayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Bunt
The following members were absent: None '•
Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution ".
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-238
WHEREAS, notification to citizens whose market valuations on their
properties were not sent out prior to the Board of Review scheduled June 30 1
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COU14CIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Village Manager is directed that on or before 15 days prior _
to the Annual Board of Review the Village Assessor shallnotify
by mail all persons whose market values have been- changed by
him, despite the fact that the County Assessorhasnot sub-
mitted his changes.Further, the Village Manager is directed
to create a cross index and post the market valuations at the
Village Hall each year whenever they have changed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted against (abstained),.
None Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular?
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on June 21
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
