CALLING FOR PUBLIC }TEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
21st day of June, 1971.
The following members were present: Mayor Rilde, Counci.imen
Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

WHEREAS, Resolution 071-171 was adopted on May 3, 1971 accepting
the preliminary report of December 29, 1970 and supplementary report
dstsd April 15, 1971 pertaining to Project i71 -2,B Kraeta Lake Storm
Sewer Inprovesant for the following area at a cost of $48,7t)0.00-

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve-
ment on the 18th day of August, 1971, 7:30 P.M. for which
said location shall be designated at a later date. The
Village Council shall give published notice of such hearing
and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and taunt. No one voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting held
June 21, 1971 with the original thereof on file in my office and the
same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
