RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS b SPECIFICATIONS 6
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor NxPde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and mood
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-235
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on Mar 5.
1971, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and spectflesticna for
Project D71 -1,A Jonquil Lane Sewer and Water Improvement Including 3ktb
Avenue Water Main from Zachary ?.ane to Jonquil Lana and has presented
such plana and specifications to the Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OP TW
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The Village Engineer shall prepare and cause to be iasort*i
in the official paper and in the Construction Ik4 letin an
advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement
under such approved plans and specifications. The adver-
tisoment shall be published for two weeks, sball specify Ow
work to be done. shall state that bids will be optnsd and
considered by the Council at 10:30 A.M. on July 15. 1471,
in the Council Chambers in the Public Works MmIclpal U ft.
and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and tiled
with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for
5% of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was "It
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vete being taken rlsereec- tke
following voted in favor thersoft Mayor Hilde, Cousetlawn Joke0om. Hista.
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adepted�

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held June 21,
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is
a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 16th day of July, 1971.
