now laid out and widened; thence, North parallel with the W"t
line of Mendelsohn Avenue a distance of 150.00 fat; thence
Southwesterly to a point on the Southwesterly line of said
Lot 13 distant 110.78 feet Northwesterly. from the Southwest
corner thereof, as measured along aaid'Southwesterly line;
thence Southeasterly along said Southwesterly line a distance
of 110.73 fat to, Southwest cornac;.thence Northeasterly
along the Northiktly line of said Heine Avenue to the point of
beginning.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmen Hints, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilds, Councilman Johnson,
Sims, Spaeth and Sunt. No one voted against or abstained.
Wheraupon the resolution was- declared duly passed and adopted.
