Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held an the
21st day of June, 1971. The following members were present:
mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-232
WHEREAS, Mr. Paul E. Johns, representing the Playhouse Company, Inc.
15831 Highway #55, Minneapolis, Minnesota requests approval for a

subdivision waiver of Lot 1, Block 2, Playhouse Industrial Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1,of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January lb, 1966, and filed on
April 6, 1966, in Book `1035 of Miscellaneous Records,
page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
relating to the conveyance of parcels .of land less than
five. OY acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands and consider-
ations:
Tract A:
The West 215.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Playhouse Ind-
ustrial Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Tract B.
Lot 1, Block 2, Playhouse Industrial Park, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, except the West 215.00 feet thereof.
The developer is requested to provide utility service stubs
required by jacking under the road method and assume the
responsibility of cost for same.
Further, this is to be done prior to approval of this
subdivision waiver.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and taunt. No one abstained or voted against. Whereupon
the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a.regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held June 21, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a
resolution waiving subdivision requirements for Lot 1, Block 2, Playhouse
Industrial Park.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 16th day of July, 1971.
