VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolut{on and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-231
WHEREAS, Mrs. Lula Winnen, 1235 Peony Lane, requests the approval of
a Subdivision Waiver on Lot 1, Block 1, Winnen Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAr.E COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance 166-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to
the conveyance of parcels of land lose than five (S) acres
In area and 300 feet in width are hereby waiv",10 to the
following describedlands:
Tract A:
All of Lot 1, Block 1, Winnen Addition, except the Easterly
115 feet thereof.
Tract B:
The Easterly 119 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Winnon Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hints,
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
