WHEREAS, Mrs. Lula Winnen requested that a previous subdivision
waiver be cancelled and a now one.approved for Lot 1, Block 1, WInnen
Addition.
HOW T11rREFORE, RF IT HERFHY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF THE,
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby granted to roecin¢ Resolution #71-191
covering a subdivision waiver on Lot'1, Black 1, Hinson
Addition, which was adopted May 17, 1971.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon veto being taken thereon,;_
