HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-225VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village,.of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 71-225 WHEREAS, Jim Parker of Quality Homes, Inc. requested approval of the "Shenandoah" preliminary plat plan. NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby granted for the "Shenandoah" preliminary plat plan to be located at Vicksburg .Lane and 28th Ave. No. with a maximum limit of 454 units on said plat. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against, whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
