Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was bold on the
7th day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Rust. No one was absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved

RBSOLUMON NO. 71-224
WHEREAS, approval was requested by Jim Parker of Quality Homme, Inc.
for the final site plan and recorded plat for Phase 1 of Shenandoah
First Addition as presented in the submitted drawing on this date,

June 7, 1971. l

"The final site plan and recorded plat for Phase l of Shasaadoah
First Addition to be located at Vicksburg Lane and 28th Avenue
North is hereby approved." 1
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstalsad. ftersupon the
resolution was daolared duly passed and adopted.
