HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-223VILLAGE: of PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-223 , f WHEREAS, with respect to the preliminary plat plan fot the "Shenandoal." complex certain variances from Subdivision Regulations required approval. NOW, TFEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THF. VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILL!�vE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval regarding the following variances from the Village ' Subdivision Regulations are hereby granted: (a):Section 7 Subd. 7.04, P.5 - Required frontage on public street. (b) Section 7, Subd. 7.04, P.6 - R -quires min_mum width of 30 feet at rear property line. Pla' showy 1, 23, 23.5, 28 and 36 feet. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and 'upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaetii --And Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
