Pursuant to due -all and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-222
WHEREAS, with respect to the preliminary plat plan for the
"Shenandoah" complex interpretation of Section 10, Subd. 8, Para. 3b
was requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The following interpretation of Section 10, Subd. 9, Paragraph
3b if approved to mean as follows:
(a) 4 quadrominium units.
(b) 4 regular townhouse units
(c) 2 eeluxe townhouse units
for each other in phases beyond Phase 1 or re-siting of
the buildings that does not change the circulation pattern
substantially, shall not constitute a "substantial" change
and shall not require re -submission to the Planning
Commission and Council.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon.vote .being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon
the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

exact extract of the June 7, 1971 regular Council meeting minutes.
