Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-221
WHEREAS, several variances from the Village of Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance required Council approval for the She-tandoah preliminary
plat plan at Vicksburg Lane and 28th Ave. No. and approval for same
was requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE rOUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for the following variances of the
Village Zoning Ordinance:
1. Section 10, Subd. 5, P.2a - Front yard setback variance
needed in internal areas but not on Vicksburg Lane or
28th Avenue.
2. Section 10, Subd. P.3a - Sideyard setback variance needed
for internal areas but not along Vicksburg Lane and 28th
Avenue.
3. Section 10, Subd. 5, P.4a - Rear yard setback variance needed
for internal areas but not along Vicksburg Lane and 28th Ave.
4. Section 10, Subd. 5, P.6 - Lot width and depth variance for
all lots.
5. Section 10, Subd. 5, P.7 - Lot coverage variance needed for
individual "lots" but not total "plot".
6. Section 10, Subd. 8, P.2d - Private roadways not constructed
to Village specifications but to Engir;eer's requirements as
specified on plan.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth
and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon the resolution
was declare,' iuly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held on June 7, 1971, With the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 14th day of July, 1971.
