HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-220VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Hint introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-220 WHEREAS, Mr. Jim Parker. representing Quality Homes, Inc. petitioned the Council for preliminary plat plan approval of the "Shenandoah" complex to be located at Vicksburg Lane and 28th Ave. No. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given on the preliminary plat plan for the "Shenandoah" complex covering 40 acres with the under- standing that the staff, the developer and adjacent land- owners study the possible need for a street on the south boundary line of the project and if it is required that the developer will dedicate the required easement to the Village and reroute their ingress and egress as shown on the project at this time. (Lot 2, Block 2, Metro Industrial Park) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained.
