HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-219VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 7th day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Ifilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz. Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-219 WHEREAS, Mr. Jim Parker, representing Quality Home@, 12700 Wayzata Boulevard, displayed a revised site plan of the Shenandoah concept and requested approval for same. (File A-206 (214) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given for the revised Community Unit Project Site Plan for the "Shenandoah" complex presented�by Quality Homes, to be located at Vicksburg Lane and 28th Avenue North (Lot 2, Block 2, Metro Industrial Park). The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson. Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adapted.
