Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, O mrctino

of the Village Council of the Village of. Plymouth, Itinnctlota was held on
the _ 7th day, of Jug , 1971. The following members were
present: Ikyor Hilda, Councilman_ Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-218
WHEREAS, Mrs. Janice Vieau, 4420 Urbandale Court, petitioned
the Council for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a beauty shop in her home.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted to Mrs. Janice Vieau to,
operate a-beauty shop In herhomeat 4420 Urbandale Court which shall"be
shbjeet to review on June 30, 1972.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson.
Hints. Spaeth and Hunt.,
The fallowing voted against (abstained);
none Whereupon the resolution was: declare
duly passed and adopted.
