Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-217
WHEREAS, Mr. A. E. Hinnenthal, 419B Vinewood Lane, representing
GRO Cotp-)ration petitioned for site plan approval to construct a
building north of 10th Avenue and one block west of County Road d18.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval of the GRO Corporation site plan is hereby given
subject to the following conditions:
1. That the site plan engineering details be approved by
the Village Engineer before a building permit is issued,
this to include but shall not be limited to the recom-
mendations in Engineer Rudrud's memo of May 5, 1971,
$71-100, which reads in part as follows:
"a. The Fire Chief indicates that a water main should
be extended from Nathan Lane to service this building.
If water is brought in to service the site, sewer
should also be extended.
b. Grades must be established and to determine these
grades prior to utility plan preparation will cost
some extra money,
c. Plan #1 is incomplete regarding drainage elevations,
grades, slopes, proposed pipe elevations, locations,
manhole locations, inverts and top of casting elevation.
d. Fire hydrant locations, gate valve locations, roof
drain sizes, elevations and locations are not shown.
We should have details of poured -in-place concrete
curb and gutters and parking lot pavement design.
e. All elevations must be shown in terms of standard
datum.'
2. That utility and drainage easements be provided along all
property lines as required by ordinance and as say further
be required by the Village Engineer.

3. That.sodding or other acceptable treatment be provided
by the developer in'the Southwest corner of the. site
plan adjacent to 10th Avenue North.
4, That parking space Nos. 1-4 be eliminated from the
site plan.
S. That parking spots he removed from the property that the
house Is on so that the house may remain and that the
parking observe the Village ordinances.
b. Subject to the dedication of required right-of-way on
10th Avenue }ortk
The motion £or'the'adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the resolution was declaxed duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on June 7, 1971,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
