Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, ,Spaeth and _Hunt. No one was absent.
Mayor Hilde introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-216
WHEREAS, Hirsch Broc., Inc., 3954 Wooddale Avenue, Minneapolis,
Finaesota peititioned for site plan approval for their proposed multiple
complex on the north side of County Road 06, one block East of Highway
5101. (File A-224)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The site plan submitted by Hirsch Bros., Inc. for an apartment
complex is approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Increase the backing space between the garages and sidewalks.
2. Show adequate site plans with the manner in which the trees
will be handled and garages buffered.
3. Make a serious effort to convey to the Council the des-
cription of the project in terms of its quality, architecture
and other aspects of the plan.
4. That the developer give further consideration to make it a
more desirable site for this particular area with the poss-
ibility of adding some recreational facilities and a pool.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon the following'
voted in favor thereof- Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth
and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon the resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on June 7, 1971,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom,
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 8th day of July, 1971.
