VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

3 Village Council of ti.a Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
7th day of June, 1971. 'flee following members were present., Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-215
WHEREAS, Dave Mormann, 10875 South Shore Drive of Keyway Builders,
petitioned the vi:lage for Preliminary Plan and Site Plan approval of
their proposed development of double bungalows in the vicinity of 10th
Avenue North and South Shore Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PL2,'40UTH:
The Preliminary Plat and Site Plan presented by Keyway Builders
are hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Easements for utilities and drainage be provided along the
property lines as required by the Subdivision Regulations
and further as may be required by the Village Engineer.
2. Due to the relatively low nature of the property under con-
sideration, the Buildiag Inspector shall establish basement
floor grades on the three vacant lots.
3. That the Village Engineer approve the utility and drainage
plans.
4. That a variance be granted for the lot depth of three feet.
5. That access to the existing garage on Lot 1 be provided from
the proposed cul de sac rather than from County Road 70 as
Is now existing.
6. That the south 35 feet of Lot P5 be dedicated for public
right-of-way for 10th Ave. No., (a proposed collector street).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark-nf
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have core -
fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on June 7, 1971,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a lull,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 8th day of July, 1971.
