f VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
t 7th day of June, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.71-214

WBLVAS, the Hennepin County Highway' 'Department of the State of
Minnesoti has requested the approval by the Plymouth Village Council
of their Project Nos. 6929, 6934 and 6931 for lighting and interchange
lighting on County State Aid Highway #18, and

WHEREAS, the project involves freeway lighting with ornamental
light poles 50' high, using 1,000 watt luminaire mercury vapor bulbs, and
WHEREAS, the project will be done using County and State Aid Funds
and possibly Federal Funds. No Municipal Funds will be involved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to the Hennepin County Highway Department
to install lighting and interchange lighting on County State Aid Highway
#18 as follows:
Approximately 0.31 miles north of C.S.A.H. No. 5 to approximately
0.17 miles north of Trunk Highway #55.
Approximately 0.26 miles north of County Road No. 70 to approxi—
mately 0.09 miles south of C.S.A.H. No. 9.
Approximately 0.24 miles north of C.S.A.H. No. 10 to approximately
0.21 miles south of C.S.A.H. No. 130.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt.

The following voted against;(abstained). None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have

full, true and complete transcript therefrom,
