I VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of June. 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 71-212
WHEREAS, Mr. John E. Boyer, 12250 Oakview Lane, requested approval

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966 and filed on April 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,relating to
the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres
in area and 300 feet in width aro hereby valved as to the
following described lands.
Tract H:
Tract H and the West 10 feet of Tract G, Registered Land
Survey No. 743 files of Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin.
Tract G:
Tract G except the Woat 10 feet thereof, Registered Land
Survey No. 743, files of Registrar of Titles, County of
Hennepin.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon. the
followxng voted in favor thereof: Mafor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted a}tainst. Whereupon the resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth., Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
sleeting of the Village Council of said Village held June 7, 1971, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is. a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to G&H
R.L.S. #473.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 17th day of June, 1971.
