RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS 6
PREPARATION OF PLANS

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of th.
I
village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
7th day of June, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
abshnt.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-210
WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 17th day
of May, 1971, fixed the 7th day of June, 1971, as the date for a public
hearing on Project 071 -0_,g -H 36th Avenue North Street and Water Main,
Improvement from Zachary Lane to Jonquil Lane.
WHEREAS, all property ownera-whoseproperty`is liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing through two -weekly publications
of the required notice and the hearing was held on the data indicated
above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE -IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvements as sed our above and for the, streets as
above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted May 17, 1971.
2, The Village Manager is hereby directed to have the plans
and specifications prepared for the making of such improve-
ments.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vocnd in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Funt. No one voted against.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held June 7, 1971, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the:
Project #71-0,8-A.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 7th day of July, 1971.
