# Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
lot da of June 1971. The following members were resent: Mayor Hilde,

pt Councilmen Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Johnson was absent,
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-205
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on May 5,
1971, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for
Project 871-1,2,0-C Cavanaugh Addition Improvement and presented such
plans and specifications to the Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The Village Engineer shall prepare and cause to be inserted
in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an
advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement
under such approved plans and specifications. The adver-
tisement shall be published for two weeks, shall specify
the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened
and considered by the Council at 11:00 A,M, on June 24, 1971
in the Council Chambers in the Public Works Municipal Bldg.,
and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed
with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, eabbier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for
52 of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being, taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth
and Hintz. Councilman Hunt had not yet arrived to the meeting.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held June 1, 1971, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 7th day of July, 1971.
