VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
24th day of May, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-203
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council the Village
Engineer has prepared plans and specifications"for Project #70-1,8,0-A
Parkers Lake Street Restoration Improvement and has presented such plans
and specifications to the Council for apnroval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE.COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are Vereby approved.
2. The Village Engineer shall prepare and CSYso to be inserted
in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an
advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement
under such approved plans and specifications. The adver-
tisement shall be published for two weeks, shall specify the
work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and
considered by the Council at 70:00 A.M. on June 17, 1971 in
the Public Works Municipal Garage, and that no bids will be
considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accom-
panied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or cer-
tified check payable to the Clerk for 52 of the amount of
such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the resolution was .aaclared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth} Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held May 24,
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is
a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to Project 470-1,8,0-A.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 6th day of July, 1971.
