Pursusat to due call and =tier thereof, a spacial meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
24th day of May, 1971. The following members were prevent:
Mayor gilds. Councilmen Johason, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. Ns one was
absent.

Mayor gilds introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptions
RESOLUTION M0. 71-201
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Area Communities will be affected by a
now SZ electric rate increase an=anced by the Northern States Power Co.
NOW, THEMWM, R IT BERES? RESOLVED ET THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLTMaUM:
It is the desire of this Cowell that the Northern States
Poser Company should furnish the Suburban Rate Authority
and/or its'commultante with such data and information as
will permit an analyals of the justification for their SZ
rata increase and further, teat the North*= Stated Tower
Coopaay should pay for such an analysis.
The motion for the adeptiam of the foragoinf Resolution vow duly
seconded by Councilman gists and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tailenUS voted in favor thereof Mayor gild*. Councilman Johnson, gluts,
Spaeth aged Hunt. No an voted against or abstaiaod. W areupon the
resolution was declared duly pass" and adopted.
