Councilman Hunt introduced the followIn£ Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUS'ION NO. 71-200
WLiIP3:AS, it appears that some developers are relying on Section
12 as a Guide Plan and said Plan has not been formally adopted.
NOW TIUREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Notice is hereby given to developers and all others concerned that
the Council assumes no responsibility for any action taken in regard
to any realignments on guide plans that have been developed but not
formally adopted by the Council of the Village of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wars duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,` '.
the following voted in favor thereof:_ Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnsons II
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt —T. The following voted against (abstained). J

duly passed and adopted.
