VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (1111111 meeting
of'the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the _ 17th day of May , 1971. The following members were
present:_ Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absents none
Councilman Hints introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 71-198
WHEREAS, necessary repairs in the amount of $3229 were incurred
by sand filtering Into Deep Well"41
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OR PLYMOUTH:
Approval for Change Order it in the anount of $3229 for the
project to Redevelop Deep Well No. 1 In granted for Bexgerson Cowell,
Inc., 13120 Wayzata Blvd.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor,Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt ., The following voted against (abstained);.::
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly,passed and adopted.

I,, the undersigned, being the duly quali-fled and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the'Village Council of said Village held on May 17
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
