Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, ( meeting
of'the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 77th day -of My 1971. The.following members were
present:_ Mayor 811de Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Runt

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoptions
RESOLUTION N0. 71-197
WHEREAS, the following disbursements during the month of May
were requested to be approved.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The disbursements as listed below a;e hereby approved:
Rsgular Payroll - $ 22,969.40 - May 15, 1971
General Fund - 52,505.68 - May 17, 1971
General Fund _ 20;116.07 May 17, 1971

Construction a Sinking Fund - 180,207.50 - May 17, 1971
The motion for the adu7 tion of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded byllI1+Li"R 18.nc and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor tF.Qreof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson:

None Whereupon the resolution was declared
