HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-196c VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of May, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. kkk k** *** Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-196 WHEREAS, Police Chief Hawkinson requested that an applicant for reimbursement of monies spent by the Village for Peace Officer's Training be appointed, and WHEREAS, Angus Crawford, former Village Manager of_the Village of Plymouth had been appointed in such capacity, and WHEREAS, said Angus Crawford is deceased and James G. Willis has been appointed as Village Manager for the Village of Plymouth, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Plymouth Village Manager, James G. Willis, is hereby appointed to act as the Village representative for reimbursement of monies spent for Peace Officer's Basic Training of patrol officers and all invoices for same shouldbesubmitted to the Finance Director for his approval. The motion ,for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmen Hunt and upon votes being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.'
