Twrewat to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Commil of the Village of Plymouth, !Minnesota was hold on the
17th day of May, 1971. The following members were present:

Coumcilman Hunt introduced the followLag resolution and moved its
adoption:
MWLHTIM W. 71-195
WHU AS. the Village of Plymouth has ordered plan preparation
for Fernbeook Lane for construction in 1471= and
ti6nUS. the State of Mineesota plane to consider turning laws
at Intersections along Highway /33 in 3.473; and,
WORREAS. the imterseetion of lerabr+ook Lane has unusual traffic
hazards,

TUB VnJJ= OF PLT! UM:
The Village of Plymouth requests that the State of Minnesota
provide funds for the construction of the turning lame to be done as
part of the Village improvement project for Vesabrook Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmen Mints read upon vote being taken theseon. the
following voted in favor theraote Mayor Hilds, Councilmen Johnson.
Note. Spaeth and Hunt. So one voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
